This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") explains what is and is not allowed when using Nana AI. It applies to all users and all usage of our image generation and editing features.

1. Core Requirements

You must use the service lawfully, responsibly, and in good faith.

• Do not upload, generate, or distribute illegal content
• Do not misuse the platform for fraud, abuse, or harm
• Do not attempt to bypass safety controls or policy enforcement

2. Prohibited Content and Use Cases

The following are strictly prohibited:

• NSFW, sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content
• Content marketed as "uncensored", "no filter", "18+", or similar claims
• Face-swap, deepfake, or face-manipulation use cases
• Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abusive content
• Content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other IP rights
• Malware, phishing, spam, or other malicious activity

3. Safety Checks for Generation

To keep the service safe, prompts are checked before image generation. If a prompt violates our safety rules, the generation request will be rejected.

Repeated attempts to bypass safety checks may lead to account restrictions.

4. Honest and Responsible Use

• Do not impersonate people, brands, or organizations
• Do not use generated content for fraud, scams, or deceptive behavior
• If you publish generated content, make sure your claims about it are truthful

5. Enforcement

Violations may lead to one or more of the following actions:

• Temporary restriction of certain generation features
• Immediate restriction of account access
• Permanent account termination

Serious violations may be reported to relevant partners or authorities when required by law.
